The LSF Building System uses factory-made framed steel wall-panels, steel roof members and intermediate floor beams to erect single and double-storey structures.
External walls are of cavity construction, clad internally with X-rated gypsum plasterboard and externally with insulation and a 110 mm brick skin.
Internal walls are lightweight steel wall panel frames clad both sides with gypsum plasterboard.
The roof structure is either steel channel-sections or conventional engineered timber trusses. Roof cladding may be galvanised steel, fibre-cement sheeting or concrete tiles. Ceilings are conventional.
